Terms & Conditions

All clients will be required to fill out a client consultation/consent form online ready for their first appointment.

If you are aged 18 years or under, please allow a parent/guardian to fill out the consultation form.

A parent or guardian will need to be present for the appointment if the appointment is for someone under 18 years of age.

Treatments will only be carried out if safe to do so (for example, existing health conditions can potentially affect treatment)

Please note that Mac Kennelly Sports Therapy is a professional clinic setting. Abuse, inappropriate behaviour and anything relating to this is NOT tolerated. (Please see the inappropriate behaviour section below for more information regarding this)
